Our flat is situated in a Victorian mansion block which is maintained by a professional maintenance company.
In a brilliant location, the flat is a mere 5 minute walk to Kensington Olympia Station (serviced Overground trains). Hammersmith is also a short walk away, in one direction, and Kensington High St in the other.
There are also an array of buses (including night buses) you can get at the end of our road, making it very convenient to get to at all times.
In rush hour, it usually takes no longer than half an hour to get to Tottenham Court Road/Central London by train, so is very convenient for getting to work.
There is a Tesco Metro and Sainsburys Local, both only 5 minutes walk away. There is also a huge Tesco about a 15 min walk away, near Earls Court.
The flat itself comprises of spacious hallway (enough space to put your bike if you have one), bathroom, living room/kitchen and 3 bedrooms.
The room is a double and is deceptively spacious and comes fully furnished with a huge wardrobe and chest of drawers, meaning that there is loads of storage.
The rent is inclusive of all water, gas, electric, council tax and internet costs.
Our lease is up in April, however due to a change of role at work I now need to leave London, and so i am looking for someone to move in immediately. As such the room is available for 2 months till mid April.
The two other flatmates who you will be living with are great guys; one a police man and the other in security. They are friendly, fun and like to cook.
There is also a great pub at the top of the road should you ever fancy a drink or to watch the football!
