The caravan is located on a premier pitch in the spacious and tranquil Golf Village. It is fully plumbed into the mains for gas, electricity and water. It has a fully fitted kitchen with a new full size fridge/ freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, full sets of crockery, glass wear and cutlery. Hairdryer and Iron.

This caravan sleeps 6 people and comprises of two bedrooms (1 large double at rear and 1 twin), shower room with wash basin, separate w/c with wash basin, well equipped kitchen, nicely presented lounge area and dining area. This caravan is in good condition and benefits from fitted panel heaters in the bedrooms and shower room and also oil filled radiators in the rooms (generally warmer than central heating!). We've also just had brand new blinds fitted.
The living room has a television with a DVD Freeview (DVDs can be hired from the shop).

The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. All matresses have memory foam mattress toppers. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe storage. The living area pulls out to accomodate 2 extra people!

There are 2 swings a glider outside the caravan for the little ones to play with!
Outside the van there is a small patio with picnic style table/benches.
In the morning the caravan is surrounded by bunny rabbits and hedgehogs, perfect for the kids! It also backs onto a large field which is perfect for flying kites on!

The Caravan is situated at the Golf Course which is perfect for all budding Golfers!
