Large double bedroom available from 1st February 2012 in chilled East Reading houseshare, located around 15mins walk from Reading town centre and a few mins bus ride from Thames Valley Park.
Three of us have lived here a year, and with one of us moving up north, we're after someone new to take the room. Ideally someone easygoing who wants their living space to feel like a home.
A ROOM WITH A YOU?
The available room is a large double and exactly the same as the one opposite it on the landing. So no attached walls meaning lots of privacy. Though at the same time there's a decent-sized living room and large kitchen/dining area downstairs for when you're feeling social, and an outdoor decking area with a patio table and BBQ for when the weather gets warmer!
The bedroom is furnished with a bed, bedside cabinet, desk and chair, plus a built-in shelving cupboard for clothes. There's also a spare alcove to put a wardrobe or clothes rail.

Included in the £480 are rent and all of the usual bills, plus wireless internet, Virgin Media TV in the living room, a weekly cleaner and general toiletries (loo roll, washing up liquid... that sort of thing).
THE SECRET LIFE OF US
We're two mid-twentysomething professionals. One of us is a Copywriter in Central London, the other does Digital Marketing in Reading. We generally enjoy our media, music, sports, cooking quality food and occasional movie nights.
